Other Attractions at the Original, Oldest Angling Show in the Nation's Capital Other popular activities will include bottle raffles, grand sweepstakes, silent auctions, and an author’s table, where you can peruse books written by the authors in attendance, and have them autographed. Additionally, you can enjoy browsing through all our other activities in an informal and low-pressure environment. Our exhibitors will include other conservation and angling organizations, fishing tackle & fly shops, guides, and State fishing agencies from whom you may buy your licenses in time for the new season. We Need Your Support! As always, the Angling Show is an all-volunteer effort. We need you to lend a hand, even if only for a couple of hours, to help us with the Show's organization. We have all sorts of tasks that need to get done, and won't get done without volunteers step up to make it all happen. You won't regret it.
